We are Committed to Equitable Outcomes
The Founder
Maddy started MDA with a vision to center partnerships over problems and solutions over silos
MDA’s commitment to equitable outcomes is at the heart of everything we do
As a Black and woman owned company, we prioritize partnerships with young people, leaders and organizations to ensure we are engaging the people most impacted by inequitable systems
We use frameworks rooted in inclusion, data-informed decision making, and root cause analysis to speak the unspeakables and move our systems toward equitable alignment
The voices of the Black, Indigenous, People of Color and LGBTQ+ communities are front and center within our work so it is their needs that drive sustainable solutions across the child welfare and education systems
Our goal is to reimagine and transform these systems, by creating space for our communities to shift the narrative and mobilize to improve their well-being.
