Dr. Molly Sarubbi, earned her Ph. D in Higher Education from the University of Denver. Her current work focuses on access for traditionally marginalized students and families, and specifically on educational pathways for foster care alumni and the resulting imperatives for higher education policy and practice. She currently serves as an independent consultant serving as a resource for diverse state, national, and cross-sector stakeholders on a variety of education policy issues, strategic project management, and broad equity initiatives at scale. Molly is active in the advocacy community and serves on multiple local and national boards that build awareness and support resources for communities.
