Maddy Day, LLC is a Black-owned, woman-owned company on a mission to transform, dismantle, and re-imagine systems that impact and oppress Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+. We believe that having the resources and support to thrive is a right, not a privilege.
Commitment to Racial Equity
We hold racial equity at the center of our work. To achieve equitable results race equity cannot just be named as a result, rather it must be woven into the work. Maddy Day, LLC uses a data-driven approach to focus on the unique factors contributing to systemic racism in our child welfare and education systems. We work across sectors, engaging people most impacted by issues to ensure equity—creating space for communities to shift the narrative and mobilize to dismantle systemic racism and improve the well-being of Black, Indigenous, children, and families of color.
Our Mission
We are trained in using frameworks that ensure inclusion, data-driven decision making, and root cause analysis to speak the unspeakable about systemic racism in our systems. We make it a practice to partner with young people and adults with lived experience to drive conversations that challenge the status quo, check implicit biases and assumptions while working directly with those who are most impacted to develop solutions and create change.
